What is a FAQ section?

A FAQ section refers to frequently asked questions. These are the most common questions we receive about our business.
Does your childcare facility accept subsidized pay/vouchers from DSS?

YES! We accept payments from Robeson County Department of Social Services for children in care.
What ages do you serve?

We serve children ages 6 weeks- 5 years old in our full day care. We provide after-school care for elementary-age children.
Do you hire certified staff?

Yes! Our director has a Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology degree from North Carolina State University. All of our lead teachers are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a NC Early Childhood Credential. Our assistants and substitutes are required to have appropriate training depending on what age group they are assisting with. All of our staff has been carefully vetted, undergone extensive national background checks, and obtained CPR/First Aid certifications.
